We now have a vacancy available for 2 Quality Officers to join our friendly team in Irvine.
This role is field-based and will entail working out in the community undertaking person centered care/support plans and risk assessments, attending and conducting customer reviews and to refresh and update the care/support plan and risk assessment documentation as appropriate, carrying out field observations for all Care and Support staff in line with our in-house training and development programme and take any appropriate action as necessary.

Superb customer service skills are a must along with a positive, can do attitude. Attention to detail is also vital as is a genuine passion for quality and high standards.

To be considered for this role, you will have a good understanding/knowledge or previous experience in undertaking customer care needs assessments, writing care plans, auditing and observing quality standards.
The role does require you to partake in Out of Hours/On Call duties – 37.5hrs 5-7 including weekends.
