Field Care Supervisor

We are looking to recruit an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our busy team, on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The role also involves participating in the out-of-hours on call service.

The successful applicants will be based in our Leeds office but travel to and from the areas of Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford will be required, therefore you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered.

The role holder will be a people orientated individual who is passionate about and committed to delivering the highest standard of care/support. Through their excellent planning and organisation skills they will be able to demonstrate their ability to support, develop and manage, being seen as a great leader from the teams they supervise. The role also involves occasionally participating in the out-of-hours on call service; therefore you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered.

Essential Skills:

 Supervision Experience within the Health and Social Care Sector
 Hands on Care experience
 Experience of undertaking Service user Needs Assessments, Writing Care Plans and conducting Risk Assessments
 Working knowledge of quality control procedures within the Health and Social Care Sector

Applicants should ideally have a good understanding of the Domiciliary Care sector, with working knowledge in StaffPlan roster, and customer service.
