Electronic Call & Compliance Monitor

We are now looking to recruit someone to monitor our electronic call logging system which is used to alert the office that the carer has arrived and left the customers house, and if not why not.
Our Ayrshire office, in Irvine, operated 7 day a week from 6.30am to 10.30pm.
From here we support our community-based teams of carers who provide a wide range of care and support to hundreds of customers across North Ayrshire and Kilmarnock enabling them to get the best out of life, supporting their independent living within the comfort of their own homes and community.
The successful applicant will have experience with ECM (preferable CM2000). Accuracy and attention to detail skills are essential. Knowledge of North Ayrshire, preferably in the home care social care sector would be an advantage. Disclosure Scotland and PVG required. This is an ideal step for someone wanting to go into Care Management.
The work pattern is 5/7 days a week, early (6.30 – 2.30pm) and late (2.30 – 10.30pm) shifts and will include weekends.
We work in a fast-paced dynamic sector, dealing with a wide range of differing needs of customers, sometimes in difficult situations so the ability to remain calm and mange a number of things at once is essential. Excellent organisational and communication skills are a must along with the ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
