Carewatch Mid-Bucks is a local company established over twenty years providing high quality care and support at home for the people in the Wendover, Aylesbury and High Wycombe areas.
We recruit people who are experienced and also people who may be completely new to the care sector. It is important to us and to our customers that we recruit people of all backgrounds, cultures, and ages.
We are looking for dedicated and caring people who wish to work in social care providing care and support services to Adults, the Elderly, and People with Disabilities living in their own homes and currently have posts for Full-time, Part-time, Evening & Weekend Care Staff and are looking for individuals who can work within the hours that our clients need your help which is generally:
Various Daytime hours to fit your current commitments: (There is some flexibility in these hours)
• 7am til 3pm Weekdays and every other weekend
• 8am til 4pm Weekdays and every other weekend
• 9.15am-2.30pm Weekdays and 7am-2pm every other weekend
Evening Vacancies (There is some flexibility in these hours)
• 6pm/7pm to 11pm Weekdays
• 5pm to 11pm every other weekend
Longer shifts are available if required and this can be discussed at interview.
Our business operates 7 days a week 365 days a year – therefore you must be able to commit to working alternate weekends.
Experience is not essential as full training & ongoing support is provided. We offer competitive rates of pay, Weekdays £11.00 per hour and £22 per hour on Bank Holidays plus a generous mileage allowance
We offer ongoing training up to 28 days holiday & excellent office support.
Please note, due to the nature of the role access to transport is essential.
