We don’t mind if you don’t have any experience in the care industry, what matters to us is that whoever works for Carewatch is passionate about always delivering a great service! Plus we will pay you to complete our thorough induction so you will be paid to learn how to be a great care worker.

A typical day as a care worker would consist of visiting our service users in their own home and if you are visiting in the morning helping them get ready for their day, that may include a wash, getting dressed, preparing breakfast and preparing their medication. If you are visiting a little later in the day cooking lunch or dinner, assisting with bathroom visits and getting ready for bed. From time to time you may have the opportunity to work with our private pay customers and duties may include companionship, gardening and attending day trips with our customers to name a few!

The pay rates range from £8.71 per hour week days to £11.00 per hour weekends with our private pay customers at weekends.
