Its been a tough year all round, but unlike some businesses, care is growing and we are looking for dedicated people to come and help our elderly customers live their best life in the comfort of their own home.
Working in care is never what you expect it to be and you have good days and bad days, so we expect you to be resilient and committed – these are after all people we are working with.
The role entails giving person centred care to those who need it most. To be clear, this means supporting both males and females with showers, helping to get dressed, toileting, helping with meals and prompting medication, thinking outside of the box and how we can enable them to stay safe and independent at home.
We offer on site and field based training covering the required 15 care standards and practical training at head office in Preston spanning over 4 days.
Community Care is a safe environment to work in, we provide all of your PPE and have high standards for infection control.
We do require a DBS check so please make us aware of anything likely to show up on a check.
These are unprecedented times, please only apply for the position if you are looking to start your career with Carewatch.

We have an amazing community team – a great reputation and have achieved a Good rating with CQC for how we care for our customers.
This is a family owned business, and you will feel that when you meet the team. We have over 20 years of experience caring for our customers in their own home, 365 days of the year and we are still growing, so we need your help. We will do our very best to keep you local, and to keep you working with the same clients so you get to know them and they get to know you.
