Care and Support Worker

Our mission at Carewatch is to provide high quality care outcomes for vulnerable people who want to live at home, independently.

We recruit people who are experienced in social care, and people who are completely new to the care sector. It is important to us, and to our customers that we recruit people of all backgrounds, cultures, and ages.

Duties will include a variety of the following:
• Getting up and ready for the day
• Washing
• Dressing
• Toileting
• Bathing
• Practical tasks such as; laundry, tidying of the home, preparation and cooking of meals
• Accompanying to Doctors appointments and shopping

We do ask for our Care Workers to be able to work alternate weekend to ensure good continuity of care to our service users.

We’ll train and support you, so you can confidently deliver a great service and you’ll develop a bond with your customers, which will help you to assist them with tasks and keep an eye on their health and well-being.
Experience isn’t necessary as we can teach you how to be a great care and support worker. Must be reliable, honest and have excellent time keeping.
Driving is preferred, but not essential.
